Journal of Turkish Applied Linguistics (JTAL) will have its first publication in June 2023. JTAL is a scientific, peer-reviewed journal and blind review process is implemented in this journal. JTAL is an open access journal, and publication is free of charge. Scientific quality is prioritized in the journal manuscript process.

JTAL welcomes papers about the use of language in different contexts (daily language, academic language, job context etc.), language teaching and learning (mother language, foreign language, second language etc.). In addition, the manuscripts related with language and language useages, language policietics and its practices, language useages in community and bi/multilingual environments and media are welcomed.

It is expected that  research problem, related to research questions, method, results, discussion and conclusion regarding the related literature is clearly stated. In addition  book reviews and review articles related with applied linguistics are included.

JTAL welcomes the manuscripts related to the studies about all world languages. The publication language of journal is only Turkish.
